EMMA DYASON

My work is driven by the need to challenge pervading ideologies and misconceptions and point to ways that we can question everyday norms that we live by and accept. I do not limit myself to one medium of work, style or concept, but instead take strong humanistic stances, from socio-political to philosophical perspectives.

 

Despite my work not being defined by one medium, my more recent work has been film based. Leading me to create work that is challenging in a nature, by infusing it with contemporary issues, with themes such as current affairs, ethics and politics.
