EMMA DYASON

Resilience is a demonstration that was held in Plymouth town. This was a project about refugee crises throughout history, and will hopefully begin to change the misconceptions people have around them, by inviting the public to join to line. The project touched on themes such as loss of identity, absence, disconnection and displacement - how many refugees experience feelings such as these.

Through this performance I aimed to convey these themes and emotions and begin to challenge stereotypes, while showing resilience and hope for the future.
